Buildings are ugly, noisy on the inside AND outside. Instead of being pedestrian friendly, you can get run over by a car going from one place to the next!

Agree. They should’ve built the area higher and used areas more efficiently for parking and other types of transport. And now that we know it will flood during heavy rains-some buildings I presume will be vacant for a longtime. Such a sad (preventable) situation. How did this property get the planner/environmental approval and not one person thought “hey this could FLOOD” now it looks like the project was shoved through the process…
